Rhode Island PUC: Docket 4600 Stakeholder Process (Rate Modernization) Rhode Island PUC
Raab Associates has been retained by the Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission to design and run a stakeholder process focused on developing a framework for the PUC to use to review the costs and benefits associated with a broad array of clean energy technologies and programs, as well as proposed grid modernization investments that come before it. The stakeholder process will also develop recommendations on rate designs and utility cost-recovery/incentives associated with integration of distributed energy resources and enabling grid modernization investments. Paul Centolella of Centolella and Associates and Tabors Caramanis Rudkevich (TCR) will be providing consulting support to for the process. The process began in 2016 and will conclude in 2017.
