Massachusetts Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee Stakeholder Process Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources
Raab Associates was retained by Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources to conduct an assessment of the Energy Efficiency Advisory Council’s (EEAC) processes and councilor priorities, as well as to develop a strategic engagement plan to garner meaningful input into the development of the next three-year statewide energy efficiency plan (2016-2018). He was assisted in this effort by the Consensus Building Institute.
In January 2015, MA DOER again retained Dr. Raab to facilitate an EEAC Stakeholder Process to obtain input into the development of the next three-year statewide energy efficiency plan. The process will include seven separate workshops: three on Residential energy efficiency, three focused on the Commercial and Industrial sector, and one focused on Low Income and Multi-family specific issues.
