Interactive NH Citizen Input Workshops on Siting Energy Projects in New Hampshire WE NEED YOU! TO SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS ABOUT SITING ENERGY PROJECTS IN NEW HAMPSHIRE. PLEASE JOIN US AT ONE OF OUR INTERACTIVE CITIZEN INPUT WORKSHOPS! The SEC makes important decisions about the siting of energy facilities, including renewable energy, transmission lines, and pipelines. Interactive workshops are being held around the state to get your input. Please come share your thoughts and experiences, and give us your opinion on how our current energy siting process could be improved. Each workshop will include brief presentations on the current SEC process, challenges and alternatives; discussions with other citizens; and polling on your option preferences. You can also provide additional comments directly to the NH Office of Energy and Planning at the end of the workshop, or via email any time. You can participate in one workshop, preferably closest to where you live. Workshops begin with registration at 5:00 PM, kick-off at 6:00 PM and will end at approximately 9:30 PM. December 3, 2013 at the Manchester Memorial High School Cafeteria in Manchester Please
note the following change in location. Due to circumstances beyond our control, and in order to
accomodate more participants in a larger space, the Tilton workshop has
been relocated to Plymouth. All previous registrations for the
Tilton location have been moved to Plymouth. We apologize for
the inconvenience. For problems with registration or any other specific questions, please email Susan Rivo at susan@raabassociates.org |
